OUR INVENTORY Please note that our inventory is comprised of new, original parts; new, aftermarket parts; and in some instances, used original parts.

Wherever possible, we note the condition of the part in our Ad copy. However, this is not always possible. If you require a new or original part only, please inquire further with one of our Call Center representatives.

NOTE: Although we do NOT save any information of value to anyone in a cookie, they MUST be enabled to add items to your basket. We use unique numeric identifiers to track your shopping cart. Again, there is NO information in that cookie that is "of use" to anyone.

In most cases, orders under $75 are shipped via US Postal Service.
(Heavier packages and Orders greater than $75 are shipped via UPS. If you have a P.O. Box, please be sure to also include a valid STREET address.)

PAYMENT METHODS On-Line we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Please note that we can NOT accept "Pre-Paid" Credit Cards. As a Mail Order Company, our authorizations are based on both the amount and the Billing Address. Pre-Paid Cards will not authorize correctly due to the fact that the billing address will not match.

We also offer the ability to have your order in a "PRINTER FRIENDLY FORMAT". Simply choose that option when you "check out." When your full order is displayed, print it out on your own printer and either FAX it or Mail it to us with your payment option such as C.O.D., enclose payment, or include your credit card information.

A note about C.O.D. orders.   COD's will only be accepted for orders that are shipped to the 48 Mainland States of the U.S. There was a need to change our COD fees to $20.00 due to the increased postage across the board, the work involved with managing, tracking and collection on COD's, as well as the high rate of COD packages that have been refused when presented for payment. We have decided that rather than discontinue COD's all together, we would offset our losses with an increase in COD Fees. I hope you understand our position and we would be happy to take your order payment by Credit Card or you can mail in a check or money order instead. Thank you for your understanding.
TAX EXEMPT We do NOT accept Tax Exempt orders over the internet. You must either use the "Printer Friendly Format" or call your order into 845-679-2417.
RETURN POLICY All merchandise is guaranteed to work as described and any item (unless otherwise noted) can be returned within 30 days for any reason, provided it has not been altered, abused, or damaged. Follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip.

Our guarantee is void if gunsmithing has been started. We will gladly refund, exchange or issue a credit to your charge card for properly returned items.

A 15% restocking fee is charged for returns after 30 days. Please securely package and insure returned merchandise. If damaged during return shipment, we will not refund or exchange.
